In addition to paying top price for your property and making the process of selling easy, when Bicycle buys your property we make you a partner in our development. In addition to paying you top price for your house, we'll share our success with you by sharing a portion of your property's value once it has been fully developed. The table below outlines how it works:

Partner with us up to project completion (tenancy) and we will give you .5% of the take-out value of the completed project.

For a typical development of $5 million, that's a $25,000 payout.

1 year after completion.

.75% of take out value.

Partner with us up to two years after project completion (tenancy) and we will give you .75% of the take-out value of the completed project.

For a typical development of $5 million, that's a $37,500 payout.

3 years after completion.

1% of take out value.

Partner with us up to three years after project completion (tenancy) and we will give you 1% of the take-out value of the completed project.

For a typical development of $5 million, that's a $50,000 payout.
